What we do
Calcova builds free, accurate financial calculators for Canadians. No sign-up, no paywalls, no collecting your data — just clear answers to the money questions people actually search for.
Accuracy is the point
Every calculator is built directly from official figures — for our take-home-pay tools, that means the 2026 federal and provincial/territorial tax brackets, basic personal amounts, and the current CPP, CPP2, EI (and, in Quebec, QPP and QPIP) rates. We update the numbers every tax year and show our working so you can see how a result is reached.
What we cover today
Take-home pay (after-tax salary) for all 13 provinces and territories, for the 2026 tax year. More money tools — crypto tax, RRSP vs TFSA, mortgage affordability and debt payoff — are on the way.
A note on estimates
Our calculators model typical employment income and the basic personal amount. They're built to be accurate for the common case, but they aren't a substitute for professional tax advice or an official assessment. See our disclaimer for details.
